Location access is used only for GPS workout tracking. You can control location access in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > AwFit. Choose "Never," "While Using the App," or "Always."

You can control notification permissions in iOS Settings > AwFit > Notifications. Disabling notifications will prevent workout reminders and achievement alerts.
